My brain's bedazzled by the sudden arrival of the sun - so I can't really think of anything witty to say. Let the pictures speak for themselves.
Tori Amos can also speak for herself, too - and how:
Here's hoping that that rest of the winter will be as gorgeous as this - and that summer will be here soon, because I've already got some groovy things planned for both June and July.
Once again, excellent pictures! The first one has smooth shapes, interesting gradients and nice detail. I don't know if you've noticed the great rhythm of the trees in the second picture, you probably just get these by intuition :) Third picture is not quite that brilliant by itself but as series it definitely has a place in this trio - it adds contrast and a bit of chaos.
ReplyDeleteYou could do great things with an SLR - buy one.
Yeah, my next camera will be a proper one, and not a cheap I'll-only-take-focused-pictures-if-I-feel-like-it model. But, as I've said before, even this camera yields some interesting results.
ReplyDeleteYesterday's pictures were taken in a bit of a hurry, as I was expecting the battery to run out any minute. So I didn't have time to ponder the finer points of trees and their rhythms - but now that you mention it, they do look kinda nice. :)
